Work Experience 2 - 5 Years Job Requirement We have urgent opening for Store.Details mention below Position open : One Designation :Store Executive Salary:25000 per month max. Qualification : Min.Graduate Experience : 2 year to 5year Industry :Medical Disposable Industry Technical Skills: 1. Basic Knowledge of Computer. 2. MS Excel & advanced excel,Ms Word, power point, Internet Applications , etc. 3. FIFO & LIFO. 4. KAIZEN, 5S Responsibilities: 1. Coordinating with purchase,quality and maintenance team so as to ensure smooth material movement and cost reduction. 2.Receiving , stocking and issuing material as per the store system of company Like maximum &minimum inventory level,re-order level FSN items,Quality , quantity and cost of material. 3. Responsible for tracking of dispatch material till it reaches the consignees direct parties. 4. Oversee planning of raw & packaging material Requirements. 5. Make MIS report & Stock report on daily basis and send to HO. 6. Identification of all materials store. 7. Record and maintain files and records of customer request ,work or service performed, charges, expenses , inventory and other Store information . 8. All material issued by FIFO & LIFO system. 9. Material issued on daily basis in SAP & ERP. 10. Responsible for managing all inventory control related activities. 11. Keep all record of Moving and Non Moving & FSN Stock and report send to HO. 12. Keep all record Of Party rejection material and return to party as per company standard. 13. Also handling the Store Manpower & day to day activities . 14.Prepare Goods Receipts Notes (GRN) on SAP. 15. Making RGP/NRGP on SAP & ERP. 16. Keep all Record Of RGP/ NRGP.
