ob Profile : The Assistant Security Officer must have sound understanding and experience of Industrial Security. The role of the ASO is to assist and report Security Officer in the matter related to Security and facility management of the works and colony. He should be able to supervise security staff and manage security operations of gates and entire premises of the company. He should be able to look after the complete security function in the absence of the Security Officer. · Assistant Security office will be responsible for smooth transaction of Transport vehicles & Material and movement of labours from the gates of the works. · Should have sound knowledge of verification of documents and generating gate passes for all incoming and outgoing material and be able to sense any kind of manipulation or foul play. · Be able to control a large number of manpower. · Should possess good negotiation and communication skills. · Be able to maintain liaison with Police, Local Leaders, Employees, Contractors and Transporters. · The ASO must have the ability of take over the charge and control over the situation independently in case of any untoward incident like outbreak of Fire, fatality or unrest.
