Experience - 10+ years of experience with 8 years in Team Handling role. - Incumbent from Hospital industry will be preferred. Core Responsibilities Lead Business and Operations of Day care Centre Planning, organizing and managing all medical services of the hospital. Work in close collaboration with clinical & non-Clinical functions to ensure delivery of world class Healthcare services. Identifying and exploring ways and initiatives to control cost and generate revenue. Ensure effective Implementation of policies and processes as laid down by the organization. To ensure 100% compliance with statutory, statistical and annual reports. Represent Hospital for all medico-legal issues. Ensure availability of trained medical staff. Responsible for maintaining and implementing Patient Feedback Process and conduct regular patient feedback analysis.
