Your duties & responsibilities will include the following: a) Involve yourself in marketing activities to promote your department / hospital. b) Suggest initiate and recommend all measures to maximize sales and generate maximum revenue. c) To prepare data of the facilitators, agents and the old patients and keep them updated about the hospital services. d) To induct new facilitators / agents and enter into new agreements with them. To ensure that targets are achieved and prepare and update manual for International Patients Services. e) Receive VIPs / CIPs and other important personalities at the Hospital. f) Maintain regular liaison with Hospitals / Government Agencies / PSU / Embassies and the Press / Media. g) Involve yourself in designing and preparation of promotional materials i.e. Brouchers for print / visual media including banners, roadside hospital boards, etc. for Domestic and International Patients of your department & other branding activities. h) Make SOPs of your department and regularly update them.
