To do Patient Assessment / history taking / advising treatment after confirmation from the Primary physician or treating doctors. To Advice stat medication and stat investigation, further verified by the consultantsTo take the daily rounds of the patientTo attend transfer patient from ICU and OT. To attend patients routine and emergency calls. To assist the registrar do the Procedure: - IJV Removal / Drain Removal / Catherisation / ABGTo do dressing of wounds/ surgical site. To attend rounds with the consultantsTo update the treatment sheet. To Attend patient complaints/ queries related to the medical treatment To educate patient regarding the medical treatment To prepare the discharge summary and get it verified from the consultant. To trace the investigations reports. Inform the reports to the Registrar/ consultant. To take consent for the radiological investigation. Coordinate with the other supportive departments like CT scan, Radiology, blood bank, and laboratory. To fill up the TPA forms.To take appointments for the outside investigations. To instruct the nursing staff about the necessary orders to be carried out. To complete the indoor patients current and the discharged files. To inform reference to the consultants.
