Haryana Cow is a breed of zebu cattle indigenous to North India. It is the native of Karnal, Rohtak, Hissar, Jind, and Gurgaon districts in the Haryana state. Mostly white / gray in color, the cattle are of medium-large size. The cows are fine milk producers and cost-effective too. This cattle breed of India is good for both, milch and draught. It is known for its better milk quality and purity. Haryana Cows are normally utilized for obtaining fine quality milk. Also, they can bear high temperatures and adopt various environmental conditions.
