Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities: -Independently and effectively lead the delivery of strategy-related engagements with a focus in areas of strategy formulation and planning, organisation design, digital, innovation and rapid profit transformation. With a structured approach to problem solving and strong working knowledge of issues based consulting the focus of this activity will be on performing and managing the delivery of critical supporting analysis and developing compelling client work products. These work products will have a strong emphasis on the use of PowerPoint to detail findings and drive actions to the high quality standards of the Strategy team and adhere to the Advisory Standards at all times, unless directly instructed otherwise -Lead and manage the day to day relationship and operating rhythm between the Oceania Strategy Competency and EYs Global Delivery Services India (a service which supports EYs engagement teams by providing talent at scale and strategic agility for our businesses to enhance its competitiveness and improve market share) -Work with Oceania Strategy Partnership to understand their business and client delivery requirements and play a key role in the leveraging GDS India to deliver on strategy-related engagements -Accountable for ensuring GDS India outputs are products of exceptional quality and reflect the requirements of the Oceania Strategy Partnership
