Facility and Process GAP analysis. Input Standardization, Process Improvement and Output measurement. Documentation (Manuals, Policies, SOPs, Forms/Formats), Implementation of NABH Facilitate in Infection control practice. Implementation & monitoring quality indicators, Root Cause Analysis, Corrective and Preventive Action. Employee Training & Development ( Doctor, Nursing, paramedical, Housekeeping staff, New Employee) on Infection control, patient care management, Quality control, Quality Assurance, medication management, patient and employee safety, patient rights and responsibility, Hospital emergency codes and other requirement as per NABH standard. Coordination of committee’s meetings i.e Quality assurance committee, Infection control committee, safety committee, Drug and therapeutic committee and prepare minutes of the meeting. To check the discharged patient’s medical records are kept as per the NABH requirement and documentation is complete. To check the employee’s file all the documents are kept as per the NABH requirement. Patient feedback analysis & satisfaction index measurement and give recommendation on the basis of satisfaction index. To take hospital round which include canteen and patient’s room and to address all the housekeeping issues.
