o To drive the monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in the locations while ensuring compliance with organization policies and procedures o Ensure recruitment, development and grooming of sales teams based out in different areas o Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, processes and other regulatory requirements while conducting sales o Responsible for Sales & Collection of Two Wheeler Loans o Accountable for the Profit and Loss of the Territory o Accountable for Sales & Collection targets of the Territory o To accomplish and maintain desired ROTA and tap the available potential for retail business in the market o Drive promotional activities by Partnering with Dealers o Report on all deviations to Regional Management and ensure corrective actions are taken o Ability to handle team o The incumbent will be responsible to build dealer relationships thereby delivering high service standards.
