Yes Personality Standards) & hi-quality professional Work Culture among team. o Regularly Track and Monitor team activities & action plans; actively support & guide team in achieving their plans. o Implement a medium-term plan to steadily enhance the knowledge & skills of team members & groom / develop them for taking on higher responsibilities in future; Personally conduct / arrange Staff Training on various products, new initiatives, circulars etc.
