To ensure achievement of quality, quantity, cost productivity, accuracy and timelines objectives in the movement & storage of goods/consignment. Customer interaction to monitor the quality of service provided. Maintain high delivery performance in branches in entire region. Should have knowledge to build, optimise and assign delivery routes. Maintaining and analysing weekly and monthly operational data and creating MIS report.x Willing to travel within region when needed. Ensuring all the processes is followed. Proficiency in MS office and email, Good interpersonal and communication skills along with excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Willingness to work flexible schedule/shifts/areas, including weekends, nights and holidays if needed.
