We did a last minute booking, (5 minutes before we arrived) This was due to checking out of a hotel we had booked which wasn't up to standard. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. They were kind enough to give us an upgraded room, which was very appreciated.
