Our Patient Services Team plays a vital role in MEDIGO’s success and is currently seeking a dedicated patient relationship Manager (m/f). The position is available at the earliest possible date, full-time (40 hours/week) . You can work from home and you will be provided support over the internet from Berlin office. We are looking for candidates preferably with medical background ( MBBS, BDS, Nursing, Physiotherapy,Pharma) with experience in Voice BPO processes or any work that required communication with patients over phone or email. The candidate must have very good language skills in English both written and spoken. Knowledge of medical terms and a general awareness on medical treatments would be required. Will be required to use online CRM softwares for communicate with patients. Knowledge of Arabic and French will be an added bonus. Your tasks include: Support prospective patients in their decision making process via phone and email and also get relevant medical data from them.
