The HoD (Mechanical Engineering) would be responsible for: 1-People leadership. 2-Provide visible, tangible leadership based on the values of Satya College of 3-Engineering and Technology. 4-Someone with proven academic excellence. 5-Strong leadership skills. 6-Should also be willing to take classes. 7-Development of Value Added Courses. 8-Scheduling time table. 9-Load distribution among the faculty members. 10-Participating in department level recruitment. 11-In-charge of department infrastructure, labs and their augmentation. 12-Responsible for motivating faculty and students.
