Blue Angels Global School is looking for a young and dynamic candidate for the post of Principal. We are looking for some specific traits, which are as- 1) The candidate should be below 45 years of age. 2) Masters in any sunbect along with a B.Ed is must. 3) The candidate should have sound knowledge of pedagogy and innovative ways to run a school. 4) Ours is an upmarket school, which primarily caters to a specific section of the society.Thus expertise to run a similar school is important. 5) The candidates with convent background , should only apply. 6 ) Excellent command over written and spoken English is must. 7) The candidate should have a minimum experience of eight years in reputed schools, preferably in NCR. Development of teachers should be a very strong forte. 8) Complete knowledge about compliance is must. Knowledge about CBSE affiliation process would be considered as an added advantage. 9) The candidate should be a self motivated, go getter and a result oriented one. 10) Being tech Savvy would be an added advantage. 11) We need a person who should not wait for instructions, should know their job well. A strong ethical and reliable track is desirous. Renumeration would not be a constraint for the right candidate. Note- Please don't forget to attach a latest scanned passport sized photograph. Thanks
