Design the shop floor layout for machine, equipment & auxiliaries to have a uniform flow To design & provide assembly & manufacturing lines with process flow, instructions, tools etc Plan, organize, control all shop floor activities Plan for weekly, Monthly & Yearly schedules and plan for the resources to meet the planned schedules To incorporate the quality requirements of product in the defined process as per design specifications To trouble shoot the customer & process related quality problems. To do the root causes analysis so as to reduce the scrap and PPM levels.
