Clean all the equipment/instruments daily. Keep the working area neat & clean Check the all sand parameters as per quality plan. Check mould hardness and give feed back to the moulder. Check casting hardness for every batch as per sampling plan. Check chemical composition as per quality plan. Record the data daily. Co-ordinate with production & maintenance persons. Report daily activities to the Quality Manager. Maintain discipline inside the factory.
